There is nothing to like about this organisation, not even a single pros of joining this organisation. However, if u are a fresher and no where to go, join this organisation but not to learn anything, just to earn some money before switching to a better organisation

Note down the below points: - First and foremost, company with the most incompetent, irresponsible, irresponsive, arrogant HRs. The things that HRs shouldn't do, this company's HRs do. - Management/ Leadership: There are no leaders, even managers in this organisation, there are only supervisors from bottom to the top. There is one man show and others are with no vision. Managers with no knowledge or skills to manage. only God knows that HE is running this organisation - There are no employee benefits. No Diwali bonus, no yearly tours/trips, no goo appraisals. If you consider a lunchbox as a bumper Diwali bonus, then do join this place - They charge even for the parking space. I have worked in 3 organisations in my entire career so far and i have friends working in dozens of organisations. But this is the first organisation which charges for the parking space.
