Working as an analytics consultant at ZS, work with managers and client to define business problem, design the analyses, work with senior and junior analysts to execute the analysis, present recommendations to the client

ZS has ongoing training programs to upskill the workforce in the area of analytics (Big Data, AI and ML). Also at the time of COVID-19, ZS was one of the firms which continued hiring and provided allowances for the welfare of its people

ZS needs to improve its work life balance since it affects the personal life and health of its people. An average day at ZS is nothing less than 12 hours as it involves lot of late night coordination with onshore team in US

As you grow, the opportunities are really few, and the work becomes a lot about politics, and managing onshore-offshore communications, than applying analytics on the projects. Also, the work-life balance is really poor
