The flexible working hours make it easier to balance personal and professional life , and the cab service is a big plus for hassle-free commuting. The team is super friendly and welcoming everyone mixes well, which creates a great vibe at work. I also appreciate the regular office events; ther're fun way to take a brather and recharge.

Dislikes

It would be nice if the company organised an annual office trip. I think it would be a great way to build stronger bonds and give everyone a refreshing break.

The growth opportunities have been consistent and the pay is competitive, which makes the overall experience better. One of the standout aspects is the flat heirarchy, which fosters confidence among peers and encourages open communication.

Dislikes

While most things are good, better pantry and canteen facilities could help rejuvinate employees, especially during the night shifts. Improving this would enhance the work-life balance and provide a more comfortable environment during long hours.

Dislikes

Having an alternate Saturdays off can help the employees rejuvenate better. As it is a relatively new facility a proper canteen and other basic facilities could be a plus, especially for the employees in rotational shifts. Expecting constant growth in work and overall environment in near future.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
