Good environment and learning, only thing is company's promotion criteria is not clear and personal growth is low in terms of financial increment. My three peers having almost double the salary and they reporting to me, and learning from me for manufacturing. I think it is a drawback here. They need fix this issue by retention of old employees, who is working in company with dignity. I hope they correct the loop as early as possible....Read More
