Work life is balance. Job satisfaction is there. Company culture is also very good. We can say that there is fun at work also GPTW. Team is very collaborative and managers and all higher authorities are very open and anyone can discuss relevant things. HR and management are helpful. I have worked more than 10 years there and got appreciation.

Dislikes

Not much salary hike if you work longer period of times. Skill development is also very specific but if you wan you can do.

Cheapest joining kit. Expensive food. Free Cab for few projects only. My project have free Cab A great company can be horrible with a d*ckhead manager. CJ is the same manager. Jolly in outside, cripple inside Proper chhapri, made his gang of spoons. Only allows cabs to them. Doesn't allow for others even when it's free for all employees. Won't reply your pigs/ mails. Hire and fire policy makes Zensar really worst company. In terms of appraisal and promotion you have to be very close to managers and one big lot is sitting on top which don't allow you to grow.

Sufficient leaves Conditional WFH

Dislikes

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.

Zensar is having good exposure in market and also having fortune 500 clients. Salary provided is good. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

The bench policy is not good at all. Only 2 to 3 month bench period is there after that we need to search other job.
