How is Zensar Technology as a firm to join in current situation?

Hire and fire policy makes Zensar really worst company. In terms of appraisal and promotion you have to be very close to managers and one big lot is sitting on top which don't allow you to grow.

The tech market is tough right now. Companies are being careful. Zensar is no exception. So, don't expect miracles.
