Job security is really good. Work culture is close to govt style work. Mostly teams work in their own silos and don't know about any developments about employee.

Dislikes

Management does not appreciate work or relationship developed. Trainings are compulsory and exhaustive but you will have to complete them out of office hours (so no family time) and if not done you will loose at the time of appraisal. My manager did not help me sort out normal administrative issues and I was on my own to fight the battle. Only promises at the time of appraisal. Poor compensation.

When i joined, the work was hectic for the past 7-8 months. A few of my team mates and i spoke to our manager about this and he helped us sort out of this issue. I feel the work life balance has gotten much better since then.
