My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. I was misled about my role, and now I feel stuck in a position that doesn’t fit my expertise.

Dislikes

The hierarchy here is completely ridiculous. It makes no sense that my experience counts for nothing when I'm doing the same work as a newbie. Team morale is at an all-time low due to constant negativity. The variable pay is a joke. You can’t rely on it, and it doesn’t reflect your hard work. The healthcare team is filled with incompetent individuals who hinder progress.

The demands are relentless, leading to high turnover as employees burn out quickly. I was dealing with personal issues, and the HR rep showed no understanding. Very unprofessional.

Dislikes

Constantly hearing threats of layoffs creates an atmosphere of fear. I’ve seen several colleagues leave due to the overwhelming pressure. It’s not worth it. It feels like management has no clue about what they’re doing. No work-life balance whatsoever. I ended up burnt out and miserable. The favoritism in this organization is obvious, making it impossible to work effectively.

I was denied a day off for personal reasons. This place has no compassion for its workers.

Dislikes

Stress levels are through the roof. You’ll be expected to work overtime regularly without extra pay. The culture here is cutthroat. Watch your back at all times. Management plays favorites, which creates a hostile work environment. Communication is nonexistent; my ticket just disappeared into the void.

I’ve never experienced such poor morale among employees. It’s clear management doesn’t care. There’s little to no support for skill development or training.

Dislikes

Too many cliques make it hard to integrate or feel included in the team. The management's favoritism creates a toxic and divisive workplace. Team dynamics are strained due to favoritism and cliques. Company policies are archaic and do not reflect the current needs of the workforce. Poor leadership leads to a chaotic workplace where employees are undervalued.

I was consistently sidelined because I was deemed too experienced. They only want to hire people who fit their narrow age range. Management is a complete joke. They ignore contractors while favoring new hires.

Dislikes

The management has zero respect for contractors; we’re treated like expendable resources. There’s no transparency in how decisions are made by management. You’re forced to follow rigid processes that stifle creativity and innovation.

Dislikes

Leadership seems more interested in playing favorites than fostering talent. It’s disheartening and toxic. Zero work-life balance—expect to work weekends and late nights. There’s no accountability here. Team leads can misbehave without facing any repercussions, thanks to HR’s negligence. So many good employees have left because of the toxic culture.
