Some employees are favored while others are overlooked, creating division. Employees are disposable here. Job security is a joke, and HR does nothing to address it.

Dislikes

If you’re a newcomer, expect to be treated poorly. The attitude here is unbearable. Endless micromanagement. There’s no trust in employees’ abilities. Managers are often dismissive of concerns raised by team members.

The culture is toxic and unwelcoming. HR is more concerned about appearances than supporting employees. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dislikes

Feedback is often negative and unconstructive. It feels like there’s no pathway to improvement. The constant turnover of staff is a clear sign of deeper issues within the company. TLs take credit for everything while juniors struggle. I was misled during the interview process about the company culture. It’s nothing like what they described. Management’s neglect creates a toxic work environment.

The expectations are unrealistic, and you’ll never feel accomplished. I expected better training when I joined, but instead, I was thrown into the deep end with no support. It felt like I was set up to fail.

Dislikes

Getting approvals for simple requests takes forever due to unnecessary bureaucracy. It’s exhausting. The work-life balance is nonexistent. You’re expected to be available 24/7 with no appreciation. I was never given a clear understanding of my goals or what was expected of me in my role. The lack of organization is alarming. It feels chaotic, and there’s no clear leadership to guide us.

The constant changes in policy are confusing and often feel arbitrary. It’s hard to keep up when nothing is consistent. Overhyped CTCs with no actual substance behind them. No raises or bonuses, and management only interacts when there’s something negative to report.

I felt bullied by management and saw no way to report it without facing repercussions. This is not a safe place to work. I found HR to be completely unresponsive. The high turnover rate says it all. People are leaving as fast as they can find other jobs. Avoid this firm if you value your career and well-being.

Dislikes

I’ve seen great employees let go due to budget cuts, even when they exceeded expectations. It’s a disheartening place to work. Working here feels like a constant battle; management is unresponsive and dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, and they expect you to figure everything out on your own. They recruit aggressively but never follow through. They’ll hire you, give you no real work, and then fire you without any notice or explanation. The work-life balance is terrible. Management has unrealistic expectations, leading to burnout among employees.

It’s all about who you know; merit is completely ignored here. Completely biased management. Favoritism is rampant, and hard work goes unnoticed. There’s a severe lack of transparency. You can do great work and still end up on the chopping block—beware. The work environment is extremely demanding, with no regard for personal time or mental health. The endless paperwork and unnecessary assessments drain all motivation. We hardly get any real work done.
