The atmosphere can feel demoralizing, especially when dealing with clients.
No proper onboarding process; new hires feel lost from day one.
Dislikes
Constructive criticism is a rarity here. Instead, employees are met with negativity, which stifles innovation and morale.
The culture here is outdated. It feels stuck in the past, and innovation is discouraged.
Insufficient training leads to frustration and mistakes that could have been avoided.
If you value collaboration, don’t work with the PCS team. Their politics are suffocating.

I feel misled about potential full-time opportunities. The managers just keep making excuses.

Terrible management! The supervisors don't have a clue about how to lead. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Leadership lacks vision and fails to inspire, resulting in a demoralized workforce.
There's a severe lack of training, and you’re expected to figure things out on your own.
I’ve never worked for such poor leadership. Decisions are made haphazardly, and we’re left to pick up the pieces.

The training provided is minimal at best. New hires are thrown in without proper onboarding.
Dislikes
If you’re not willing to brown-nose, forget about getting ahead.
Employees are treated like disposable assets. There's no appreciation for dedication or effort.
Professionalism is non-existent. I've witnessed countless instances of unprofessional behavior that go unaddressed.
The HR department is a complete mess, only interested in paperwork and not the employees’ concerns.
