If you join this company, it's safe to say that you need to forget everything about your personal life. Arghhh! Where to start and which department I need to pick first.?Mr. Manmo han Singh government. HR Team is least supportive. They don't support employees. They don't respond to our needs. Not a single rule in the book will be in the favour of employee. Coming to work culture -- No Hybrid, No work from home, Regular 5 day work week with no flexibility of timings. In case if you're wondering for the consequences, payroll deductions. Congrats & Welcome. Management -- Set some unrealistic deadlines and unachievable targets which are not even in the sight of line to pull of., which results in no work-life balance.
