Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, they give employees insurance ,bonus and incentives every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new employees.

If you join this company, it's safe to say that you need to forget everything about your personal life. Arghhh! Where to start and which department I need to pick first.?Mr. Manmohan Singh government. HR Team is least supportive. They don't support employees. They don't respond to our needs. Not a single rule in the book will be in the favour of employee. Coming to work culture -- No Hybrid, No work from home, Regular 5 day work week with no flexibility of timings. In case if you're wondering for the consequences, payroll deductions. Congrats & Welcome. Management -- Set some unrealistic deadlines and unachievable targets which are not even in the sight of line to pull of., which results in no work-life balance. No phones allowed inside office premises. No matter how urgent it is for you. Best of luck with that. The whole system is one-way. AUTOCRACY. Zero F's given to employee satisfaction and job security. Thank heavens if you're continuing the next day, because god knows your last working day. And good thing here is you'll have 24 to30 leaves/year where you can't utilise a single one of them. Yes, you heard it right, you'll be having the number in HR portal, where you've to take UPSC exam before availing them. Office politics are worst than UP state politics. I would suggest to think again. before joining/taking a decision to join here. Thankyou.
