Learning curve is super steep and you can learn whatever you want and work on whatever you want

Work culture is very poor and you will feel like being in a college with nothing professional about anything. Also this company is only for freshers or slightly experienced people transitioning from even smaller companies. There is also no proper salary structure and no system in general. There is nothing called infrastructure herenot even bare minimum so don't expect anything. Only thing okay is the pay and flexible work works and stress free environment.
