I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

If you put resignation they have some policy where they can release you on the same day without paying since rupee.....I got forcefully kicked off after resigning in 30 days....and they didn't even inform me in advance ...I got notified 2 days prior....it was heartbreaking for me... Manager, sr manager, hrs ...entire hierarchy should be kicked off...they are simply useless without humanity...

Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, senior eould treat juniors like trash and load them with work. Manager was of no use, always relied on other people's word and never had any review meeting. Office is very dull in Hyderabad, looks like government office from 90s. Management is bad as well, didn't have many projects and if on bench they will unnecessary call you back to base location to attend office daily.

Everytime in meeting interuption between clients and Yash. This represents very bad impression infront of clients.. Buddy policy is helpful

Dislikes

HR is useless puppet. RMs are unhelpful.they only propagate existing primitive policies. Leave policy is very bad stringent. New joiners will face loss of pay if they take leave. They will adopt clients holiday policy but impose yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here....Read More
