If you put resignation they have some policy where they can release you on the same day without paying since rupee.....I got forcefully kicked off after resigning in 30 days....and they didn't even inform me in advance ...I got notified 2 days prior....it was heartbreaking for me... Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.
