My suggestion for managers, especially project managers, is to provide employees with a fair second chance before making long-term decisions based on a single incident. A supportive approach can help employees improve and contribute effectively rather than being sidelined without an opportunity for growth.

Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.

Bad work culture, senior eould treat juniors like trash and load them with work. Manager was of no use, always relied on other people's word and never had any review meeting. Office is very dull in Hyderabad, looks like government office from 90s. Management is bad as well, didn't have many projects and if on bench they will unnecessary call you back to base location to attend office daily.
