People trust you to do the right thing and give full ownership. Services/ consulting side of the company is really great being a leader in the Indian startup ecosystem.

Founders not involved in the Product side of the company which leads to a disconnect and hence there was a recent layoff. Almost 50% of the entire Product/ Tech/ CS teams were laid off. Product is struggling to find its PMF.
