The Hybrid model is great. Helps in balancing the office and home hours. There is no micromanaging of resources during office hours. Some seniors are very polite and ready to help.

Dislikes

The work culture has drastically changed. Since past year it has been chaotic, and they might force you to work after hours and even on weekends without promising a fair compensation for that. The "project/client" is given way too importance than their own team members. There is no transparency between the management and the employees.

Fortunate to have worked on some challenging roles as well as performing with high performance cross teams enabling deliver multiple projects and outcome aligned to company results and goals.

Dislikes

At times, unclear directions and indecisive measures results in significant analysis with limited or no outcome hence burn out and frustration among teams. Recently, due to job insecurity (both within Xoriant and global market) coupled with company performance, anxiety as well as low motivation operating mode among colleagues has been observed.

Dislikes

Health insurance policy is not good, only 5 lakh for family of 4 isn't sufficient. They should work on that. Leave policy is horrible, there is no concept of Sick leave and earned leaves getting lapsed in a calendar year is not a good move. There is no Xoriant internal or external skill development portal like Udemy.
