Dirty politics, loose talks, gossips, toxic culture.

I am working in the HR team of Xebia at Gurgaon location. There are Fake PIPs for the people who are not required in the system. Only dirty politics. Worst professional culture. You will deal with loose talks, backbitching and gossips from a senior AVP lady in HR in Gurgaon location. You will learn how to deal with a lady gang who spoil the professional and personal image of others for saving their own jobs. Multiple complaints are given to leadership team about this unprofessional HR lady (Priyanka Kalia) but nothing happened because she is protected by the top management. Company makes fake good reviews on Glassdoor and social media, so don't come into their trap. They can fire anyone at any time by creating fake performance issues without giving any notice. Very bad organisation, seniors are not good including team leaders and ops manager. Many people who work have DIRTY POLITICS AND EGOISTIC mindset. Show off is the attitude that seniors carry. WORST LEADERSHIP SKILL. CHEAP!. Half of the people who are giving good rating must be a part of flattering their bosses, participating in very dirty politics. HR females are taking advantage wrong of women empowerment. Downright evil and shameless. They play victim card that they are women or single mother. The Senior Management of Xebia setriously needs to have a plan where they want the company to move forward. It seems like the comany has no vision and no goal.

Work-life balance depends on the project, and the company is not employee-friendly. Company policies change according to the project, and you won’t get a proper response from HR. If you reach out to HR, they always tell you to connect with your manager. I don’t understand the role of HR at Xebia.

management is not good. It's strict to complete 45 hrs in a week.

From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

You need to compromise your life in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Regarding Xebia Jaipur I didn't liked anything except for polite behavior of few people!

At XEBIA Jaipur there were lack of projects in our team and lot of micromanagement. Non co-operative environment. No job security.

Very Bad HR. No work environment. No human rights value. Very unprofessional behave. Every time HR threatened. No smooth exit. Unprofessional HR. Please don't work for this company. Threatened on emails. Less salary and more work. No politeness in HR behavior. Work conditions are very strict. Such a worst company to work. Don't spoil your resume. You will not work here more than 6 months.

Highly political environment. Senior leadership has no vision. The only thing they are good at it doing politics and massaging their ego. Employees are fired on 1 day notice. All the decisions are taken by one person who does not have any experience to run an organisation. The company has not grown, is not growing and will not grow with the kind of leadership that is in place. Employees are getting hired with fake promises of offices coming up in different cities but company does not have money for this. Please change your learning and development manager specifically at Jaipur office otherwise people will loose skills instead of gaining it. Try to become more flexible towards employee engagement but most of the seniors think that they are sitting in cabin so they should be bossy.
