We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team and help optimize our HubSpot ecosystem while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Developer with a strong background in implementation, optimization, and integrations. As a HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing HubSpot's functionality across the Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs. You will play a key role in onboarding, customizing, and providing ongoing support to ensure our HubSpot platform is running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities :
HubSpot Implementation & Optimization :
- Implement and optimize HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs to align with business objectives.
- Customize and optimize workflows, properties, and pipelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
HubSpot Integration :
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and other platforms to create seamless data flows and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HubSpot and other platforms.
HubSpot Technical Consulting :
- Provide technical support for customizing HubSpot features to meet business needs.
- Offer guidance on best practices for troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot tools.
Support & Ongoing Consultation :
- Deliver ongoing support for HubSpot users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the platform is used to its full potential.
- Work with cross-functional teams to advise on HubSpot's capabilities and how they can improve business processes.
Pipelines & Properties :
- Set up and manage HubSpot pipelines and custom properties to reflect business processes and ensure seamless data flow.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
- Use analytical tools to monitor HubSpot performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and implement efficient solutions.
Collaboration & Autonomy :
- Work independently to handle technical tasks and collaborate with teams across departments to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Foster a collaborative approach with marketing, sales, and service teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications :
- HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, etc.) are required.
- Proven experience with HubSpot development, including customization of workflows, properties, and pipelines.
- Hands-on experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (CRM, marketing tools, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot's tools for Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions based on data insights.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with HubSpot APIs and custom integrations.
- Previous experience in a HubSpot consulting or support role.
- Familiarity with scripting languages or advanced HubSpot development techniques.
