I was not happy with my previous project when I raised this concern ,I was put in different project and at present I am learning everyday and enjoying my work.

Work-life balance depends on the project, and the company is not employee-friendly. Company policies change according to the project, and you won’t get a proper response from HR. If you reach out to HR, they always tell you to connect with your manager. I don’t understand the role of HR at Xebia.

From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

You need to compromise your life in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Regarding Xebia Jaipur I didn't liked anything except for polite behavior of few people!

At XEBIA Jaipur there were lack of projects in our team and lot of micromanagement. Non co-operative environment. No job security.

Very Bad HR. No work environment. No human rights value. Very unprofessional behave. Every time HR threatened. No smooth exit. Unprofessional HR. Please don't work for this company. Threatened on emails. Less salary and more work. No politeness in HR behavior. Work conditions are very strict. Such a worst company to work. Don't spoil your resume. You will not work here more than 6 months.

Highly political environment. Senior leadership has no vision. The only thing they are good at it doing politics and massaging their ego. Employees are fired on 1 day notice. All the decisions are taken by one person who does not have any experience to run an organisation. The company has not grown, is not growing and will not grow with the kind of leadership that is in place. Please change your learning and development manager specifically at Jaipur office otherwise people will loose skills instead of gaining it. Try to become more flexible towards employee engagement but most of the seniors think that they are sitting in cabin so they should be bossy. Project allocation is just random. If some in bench then they remain on bench. Work pressure is immense. Extended working hours are common. Not much recognition for hard work. You would be even asked to complete the work on weekend. The freshers are supposed to complete tasks in unrealistic timeline. They even fire them for trivial reasons
