I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Love the company culture, with a flat hierarchy which makes it easy to reach out to anyone at anytime.

The promotion cycle has been changed. Due to that the internal promotions are delayed and takes too long to be promoted and to go up the ladder.
