Love the company culture, with a flat hierarchy which makes it easy to reach out to anyone at anytime.

The promotion cycle has been changed. Due to that the internal promotions are delayed and takes too long to be promoted and to go up the ladder.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
