The founders are quite young, and while I don't mean to sound judgemental, they have a lot to learn about content writing and team management. They'll praise a bizarre piece of content if it is written by a sycophant but will throw out random, baseless criticism if it is written by someone who minds their own businesskground-color: #fff5e4;">. Their hire-and-fire policy is no joke</mark>. Just check their social media pages. 80-90% team has either left or been fired. It is a revolving door for employees. The team consists mostly of writers & editors with zero industry knowledge. Nothing to learn. If you are a fresher, do not expect anything new or valuable here. ALWAYS expect a delay in salary. And if you decide to resign, brace yourself for a 20-30% deduction with no proper explanation. You will have to beg for your remaining salary.
