There is a slight issue with salary where oftentimes your salary amount can be reduced depending on the work you do. This does not go with the fixed salary idea we have for salary when joining. As far as I know, this only happens with writers.

The founders are quite young, and while I don't mean to sound judgemental, they have a lot to learn about content writing and team management. They'll praise a bizarre piece of content if it is written by a sycophant but will throw out random, baseless criticism if it is written by someone who minds their own business. Their hire-and-fire policy is no joke. Just check their social media pages. 80-90% team has either left or been fired. It is a revolving door for employees. The team consists mostly of writers & editors with zero industry knowledge. Nothing to learn. If you are a fresher, do not expect anything new or valuable here. ALWAYS expect a delay in salary. And if you decide to resign, brace yourself for a 20-30% deduction with no proper explanation. You will have to beg for your remaining salary. There is nothing to like about this company. The founders are pretty young and immature, and by the looks of it, the company seems to be going bankrupt.

Everything! The founders are pretty vicious at times and will share public remarks to embarrass you. They don't have a set structure of paying their employees, I don't know how it can be both hour wise and word wise. They terminate employees left and right all the time without warning, and never pay you without cutting your salary.
