There is nothing to like about this company. The only good thing we are getting are saturday and sunday as week off.

The company doesn't provide cab to commute office during morning shift. The cab is only available at night shifts. There are no perks and facilities available within the company. The management doesn't appreciate employee efforts. also, there is no learning and skill enhancement initiative being taken by management. There is very much Toxic enviornment present in the company as the employee who has skills and perform better are not praised for their contributions. Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.

Hr role is pathetic even they are not meet after joining and process HR is like MR INDIA hard to find.
