WNS global services is excellent for girls because girls should do only morning shift , we can manage our work life balance and some skill development programs are conducted by hr management to learning some skills which gives us some confidence

10 hours shift time is ok but doing over time everyday reaching home so late at night thats make so much strain on mind and OT pay is also less and if we don't do OT then the effect will shown on appraisals & leaves by management this is one and top most bad thing in this company remaining everything is good

Bet less package offered to new joiners and also to experienced employees. Even promotion is like a dry promotion where there is no increase in package but designation is increased.

There is no proper appraisal system in place, and yearly performance ratings are not being provided according to performance. The knowledge of Deputy Managers regarding the process is not being evaluated. HR is not acting as a neutral party; instead, they seem to favor the Managers. HR does not respond to the agents' concerns and often ignores them.

While promotion management should think of taking written aptitude test rather than relying on just interviews so that there won't be favoritism and partiality by recommending someone by other seniors. When someone is promoted his decisions impact on management therefore if aptitude test is taken someone who has real talent will be in management.

Management is all toxic, all promotions happens through references of higher authorities who are in different L.O.B within the company. Poor work culture. Have high attrition and ignores tenured employees. Here, performance doesn't guarantee growth, it is only given to boot-kickers. Offers low salary and standards too. The company premise was nice. Also the salary and the incentive plan was good.

Dislikes

The work culture was very worst over there, lots of negativity lots of open politics. HR was not helpful they were also with the managers over there.
