I work as a travel advisor. And this is really a smooth process. What I like most about wns is supervisor and manager's behaviour. Managers and supervisors are really nice to everyone that's the only thing one can appreciate about WNS.

Dislikes

There is no both side cab available. Just one side cab facility which you will get in return. But even if you have cab facility you have to wait for it for one hour after shift end, you ll b standing with other employees in waiting list. No job security at all, process may ramped down and time and despite that you won't get bench period. Canteen workers are rude that even they can't give u juts a spoon if u ll ask for. This company is overall just a show off. And most imp thing, there is no wfh not even you are on bed that means u have to come and if you take a leave that ll be considered an unplanned leave in whatever case. Second imp thing: you ll work on 50s generation fixed system like cpu monitor where somewhere mouse is not working somewhere keyboard is not working but you have to work. There is no laptop facility. If you loose any ur belongings here even if on ur own desk no action ll be taken towards it. You won't be paid exact amount what you have got in offer letter. Worst Management in all over BPO sector. No upraisal and increments. Manager treats everyone according to his mood and removes his frustration on employees. Also he is more biased towards female employees and flirts with them.

Dislikes

No promotion in 7 years journey inspite of getting client award for excellence performance in quality. And many quarterly league of champions award from WNS for quality and production. My carrier growth is stuck because of no promotion, inspite of deserving 😌😌

Toxic Management, Poor food by vendor, high prices of food with low quality than outside the office. Zero support from TL to top management. All are very toxic, Managers are very very egoistic. Our job was to deal with Skeptical clients and managers too lol.. Zero Humanity, Infinite politics.

Apart from this, terrible environment and culture. The work place makes you realise that you aren't working in a corporate. Specially, the trainer! Deepak Pandey, one of the worst trainers I've met. They show their clients that they have provided their workers wfh but it's a lie, it's a wfo with no cab facility.

Worst management they are not supporting those who are not favourite

Dislikes

I have a leave in my kitty and my marriage was on 24th of November. They are not approved single leave all my leave counted under UPL. And I am chasing my leave since 4 months already advance notification I have provided. They provided leave only girl and those who are favourite of managements.

Not providing internet bill reimbursement and provided dongal also not works properly. IT and management team are not approachable to employees and worst work management, they call on WhatsApp call and dominate there employees in terms of Brodband connection work production and Training period. Indirectly they treat employee like slavery unprofessionalism.

There is no proper appraisal system in place, and yearly performance ratings are not being provided according to performance. The knowledge of Deputy Managers regarding the process is not being evaluated. HR is not acting as a neutral party; instead, they seem to favor the Managers. HR does not respond to the agents' concerns and often ignores them.

Commercial, legal and compliance savviness given that majority of leadership comes from a chartered accounting background. Consistent strong financial performance, especially the margins is a testimony to this strength. Convenient for Maharashtra based employees as this is one of the few reputed BPM industries in this part of India.

Dislikes

Top few includes, extremely personality driven culture, increment and growth concerns for majority of the folks due to a very margin oriented approach combined with a weak positioning with the clients in some of the verticals. High vintage of majority of senior leadership driving more of fixed way of thinking. Relatively high level of politics and blame games. Over regulated environment.

One of the worst companies a person can work in. Worst seniors, worst managers, they can literally go to such low levels for the sake of money. They don't even give you comp offs after making you work on those days. The company is filled with cheap blood sucking parasites. The managers are very cheap here. The company is filled with Tamilians who have somehow passed their graduation.
