The WNS is same like big MNC as they provide the best traning and facilities. Great place to work and you start the career from here because there are many things to learn and develop your self.

Dislikes

Everything is so good but when it comes to the appraisal it is not up to the mark.

WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

Dislikes

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.

The management, Vedanti More, Akram Khan and Disha Dharod, demonstrate corrupted behaviour within the process. Despite being receptive to concerns, they fail to address issues related to their own management or deliberately delay responses. Those who voice concerns against their practices face retaliation through office politics, including manipulation of work progress and KPI metrics to undermine them. This toxic culture leaves employees with limited options: endure the environment or resign. Everything is good but only lytx and onfido process are worst management. They treat like school children no corporate culture only managers are like teachers and principal and analysts are students . Mainly onfido worst management.
