1) Not enough good projects, after a while you are doing monotonous work. No learning and development as such, will slow down your growth 2) Lots of politics at Director/Sr Director level. Some are nice, some are very unprofessional and rude. I have seen instances where they are using employees as pawns in their games. Some also arenot very transparent and purposely hide info regarding projects which are essential in nature so that you don't get ahead of them 3) Below par infrastructure, poor canteen, and very weak IT support as well 4) Weak HR, no budget for team events and activities. They ask/pressurise employees to pay for these events/activities. No team outings as well 5) Very poor appraisals (3-12%) and only max 60-70% of bonus is given. No review of performace and appraisal rating. Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

I have a leave in my kitty and my marriage was on 24th of November. They are not approved single leave all my leave counted under UPL. And I am chasing my leave since 4 months already advance notification I have provided. They provided leave only girl and those who are favourite of managements.

Not providing internet bill reimbursement and provided dongal also not works properly. IT and management team are not approachable to employees and worst work management, they call on WhatsApp call and dominate there employees in terms of Brodband connection work production and Training period. Indirectly they treat employee like slavery unprofessionalism.
