I hate everything about that company i wont ever suggest someone to join, The transport the canteen the managers and management its just a hell they will try to make you work for almost 13-14 hours and still in OT they will not give you the money you have earned and they will force you to do OTs and they will force you to do graveyard shift they will change your roster again and again which will make you sick, when i was working there the managers that time only knew how to disrespect people how to shout at them how to humiliate them in a way that they would leave the company, my TL was good but most of the times he forgot to mark my transport my home was 2 hours away and in ramzan the same thing happened and while fasting i had to travel for 2 hours all most, numerous times i traveled by my own when they forgot to do their job and when i asked how would i travel they suggested me to catch a train at 5 am in the morning i used to stay alone that time and as a girl i felt so stupid for even asking them about a resolution, The area i lived in was a part of village but the roads were big enough for a car to get inside but they always dropped me on the when its supposed to be a "home pickup" and i had to walk for 10 minutes on that empty streets at 2 am or 2:30 am in the night when i requested for an escort they told me that they cannot spend 700 rupees per day for an escort and i understood that my safety does not matter to them, my if i explain my 1 year in that company there are so many things i would like to add....Read More

Policies are not framed properly, they update the policies very frequently. Nothing is systematic if you need some information you will have to find it at your own. HR team very inactive and even they don't know about most of the policies.

Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

I have a leave in my kitty and my marriage was on 24th of November. They are not approved single leave all my leave counted under UPL. And I am chasing my leave since 4 months already advance notification I have provided. They provided leave only girl and those who are favourite of managements.
