There is no proper appraisal system in place, and yearly performance ratings are not being provided according to performance. The knowledge of Deputy Managers regarding the process is not being evaluated. HR is not acting as a neutral party; instead, they seem to favor the Managers. HR does not respond to the agents' concerns and often ignores them.

Commercial, legal and compliance savviness given that majority of leadership comes from a chartered accounting background. Consistent strong financial performance, especially the margins is a testimony to this strength. Convenient for Maharashtra based employees as this is one of the few reputed BPM industries in this part of India.

Top few includes, extremely personality driven culture, increment and growth concerns for majority of the folks due to a very margin oriented approach combined with a weak positioning with the clients in some of the verticals. High vintage of majority of senior leadership driving more of fixed way of thinking. Relatively high level of politics and blame games. Over regulated environment.

I work as a travel advisor. And this is really a smooth process. What I like most about wns is supervisor and manager's behaviour. Managers and supervisors are really nice to everyone that's the only thing one can appreciate about WNS.

There is no both side cab available. Just one side cab facility which you will get in return. But even if you have cab facility you have to wait for it for one hour after shift end, you ll b standing with other employees in waiting list. No job security at all, process may ramped down and time and despite that you won't get bench period. Canteen workers are rude that even they can't give u juts a spoon if u ll ask for. This company is overall just a show off. And most imp thing, there is no wfh not even you are on bed that means u have to come and if you take a leave that ll be considered an unplanned leave in whatever case. Second imp thing: you ll work on 50s generation fixed system like cpu monitor where somewhere mouse is not working somewhere keyboard is not working but you have to work. There is no laptop facility. If you loose any ur belongings here even if on ur own desk no action ll be taken towards it. You won't be paid exact amount what you have got in offer letter.
