- No job security - Poor work life balance - They don’t care about their employees - The managerial oversight appears to be lacking, as assigned manager do not consistently fulfill their responsibilities. Instead of finding new opportunities for their employees they force them to request client company to extend contract. If the contract gets over they ask them to serve notice while working for their client because if they terminate them Wissen have to pay desired salary to them so they play safe game thinking about their own profit.
