Work culture of Wissen is very bad. Managers are very egoistic and always ask your status on weekends also. No boundaries. If you are on bench then they will torture you under the name of EBC (Interview Preparation). *Most important point is that they are not signing any contract with the Morgan Stanley before sending their employees to work for them, just to maintain their business relations which is very bad for employee....Read More

No Structure in the organization feels like a startup. 3. its is consulting company so they will put you in some client and try to make money from you as much as possible 4. when you are out of client you will feel insecure. 5. no facility in office no cab nothing just cubicles with one coffee machine Pleasee don't join this company

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are competitive and supportive and the management is transparent. Everyday you learn something when you have such competitive team. Wissen is company of technologist's, so if you have hunger to learn and implement new things, Wissen is a place for you

Some times we have hard deadline so we will be under pressure, but as the saying goes : Winning comes down to those who can execute under pressure

Generally speaking, I work as server side back-end developer, but over the span one year I worked on technology stack that I haven't worked before. Overall it was a good learning experience that has helped me grow as software developer
