They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.
