I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.
