I met a lot of good people. My seniors were great and provided me with adequate amounts of knowledge and hands-on in order for me to give my best.

The salary was already pathetic to start with. To add on that the appraisal provided and the growth path in Wipro is bad for a fresher.

The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell. No leaves on Independence day, Republic day and no Compensatory off either....Read More
