As of now , I am happy to work in wipro .. Best part of wipro is mediclaim . We can claim OPD upto 20k and they will deduct only 720 per month .. Is is best . I haven't seen this kind of facilities in previous organisation. Eg : Zensar and Infosys

1. Less salary (for fresher it’s 1.7LPA - monthly 13k - associate - content moderation) 2. Less hike 3. If you complete one year with hike your salary is 2LPA 4. The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell.
