Relative and friends are on most of the dept. head position, Not promotion to good and dedicated employes After Some time they realise that i have taken wrong decision to join this company employee always work in fear to lost his job Management are lala type, even they don't have experience how to handle people. In night they have a dream next day morning they will meeting with Team about project no time expectance from team they throw their own date oooom i need in 10 days no logical calculation behind 10 days Target time No project biforgetion.
