For highly skillful transcriptionists, it is the place to work because audio quality/dictation is very tough to give files direct with above 99% accuracy. One can work without any hierarchy hazards, mental torture, and pressure, etc.

Salary - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Only drawback is I would like the company heads to look into the aspect that if they provide effective training to the not so skilled employees/associates, they can also deliver quality and quantity and survive.

Skill development - Poor

Work Details

Audio quality is tough to deliver above 98.5% quality if suitable jobs are not given according to the transcriptionist's level.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
