There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.

If you are aspiring software developer , never join this company. Old technologies lots of politics . Leaders are presenting small things as like they developed something as CERN. You't be able upgrade any skill . They are using on-prem servers no cloud and no sign of it in near future. If some manager is saying he will use cloud, he is faking.

Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022. Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.
