If you are aspiring software developer , never join this company. Old technologies lots of politics . Leaders are presenting small things as like they developed something as CERN. You't be able upgrade any skill . They are using on-prem servers no cloud and no sign of it in near future. If some manager is saying he will use cloud, he is faking.

Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022. Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.

Need to work without sleeping that is the expectation and hired me without informing the job roles. There will not be any meeting regarding the requirements, or developments. We have to test as if we know everything like a god. Then what is the point of hiring the new resource?

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.

No work life balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell
