Here lead won’t do any coding, manager do so such Favouritism to the telugu people, without any work he will give promotion and hike everything to them, please don’t join this company if your manager in Hydrabad and your work location would be bangalore, you will be simple soft target.

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals.
