Underpaid so need suggestions
I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company.
In my previous company I spend almost 13 years
I joint as BDO and left company with position of
Head of Business Operations.
As company was small and due to competition,
Company started to lose customers and so I
Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big
Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000.
Below is my Academic Background
BMS Graduate passed - 2010
Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011
PGP in Management- 2022
Global MBA - 2023
Please suggest me what I should demand in
