I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.

Dislikes

I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

Salary is good apart from that I don’t think it will satisfy you as a human being unless you are ready to trade your principle of treating people equally

Nothing .Messed up company filled with people who don't value professionalism . They just hire when the interest rates are low and give them 2% hike per year . Recently read few articles that they found weird ways to lay off people instead making it a direct lay off due to as they couldn't afford the CTC after inflation of interest rates .

Nothing much, onsite partners are cool that's one good thing. Little bit of free and friendly environment.

I don't like that we don't have below pointers. 1. WFH flexibility not there 2. Office hours restriction and flexibility is not there 3. round neck T-shirts/fully casuals are not allowed. 4. Many companies have 2 days WFH without office hours restrictions. 5. Hike is very less. These are not complaints, but these can make huge impact for a middle class family people/employees. Company is completely looking cost cutting and starting basic cab facilities to providing basic benefits to employees, everything has been cutoff and there are always finding new wats to fire people. Ethics of Wells Fargo has been drastically gown down in the last few years.

Here lead won’t do any coding, manager do so such Favouritism to the telugu people, without any work he will give promotion and hike everything to them, please don’t join this company if your manager in Hydrabad and your work location would be bangalore, you will be simple soft target.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Dislikes

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.

Good Work-life balance. Working with Onshore stakeholders directly. Job stability. Low stress. Employee engagement activities throughout the year. People coming for all different kind of background. Company is committed to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and it reflects on workforce.

Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals. They are after you and make your professional growth hell if you raise your dissent. Focuses more on delivering quantity rather than quality.

Managers are everything here, misusing their power and hr management is just a kind of puppet. PIP is used as a cross cutting tool. Worked with many organizations before, this is the worst one.

Managers are everything here, they are given all the power to decide your future in wells fargo and they Misuse it for sure. Pip is used here as an cross cutting tool. Racism is at its core. Most of the managers are stable in same project since decade and have lack of work ethics. Ive worked with many org before, this is the worst ever.
