I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.
I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

Managers disrespect their resources, false allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.
No work life balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell
