I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.

Dislikes

I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

In a bigger picture company was good and there is good work life balance in some lobs

If you are working under consumer lending the management it’s self pathetic worst managers are there under Ravi Natarajan. Lot of politics involved in IJP and year end ratings. Favourisim plays important role in IJP and year end ratings

it is an amazing company to work with, i feel very proud to be a part of Wells Fargo, it have good culture and work life balance, people will have very good future and career growth in this company

Dislikes

some shift timings are not comfortable for new mothers otherwise the company is very supportive at the point of time when women need .

less opportunity for growth, less learning, too much regional politics and preference given to local speaking people as compared to people from other cities, Manager tries to hide mistake of favorite team members, hence motivate employees eventually don't feel like performing. Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.

Culture looks very bad. Too much of bossism. Sr mgt need to understand the culture thru employers not via managers. Managers unable handle larger team, do they frustrating emoyees. Employee survey result will be discussed with everyone who gave negative feedback. They start target them on floor ie. Treat badly in the floor.

Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

I dont work there anymore, but my stint with Wells was nothing short of brilliance I learnt the most in that firm than i did in my last entire 11 years prior career Growth environment is strong and opportunities are there to grab, great leadership and well balanced culture of growth and competition.

Pretty behind from tech perspective towards its presence in operations, its very little. Although the Leadership is great!

Work wise there is nothing to learn they have seperated each and every process into small parts that's where it has failed just there is only copy pasting thing nothing to learn if freshers join here they can spoil their career.

Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022. Here lead won’t do any coding, manager do so such Favouritism to the telugu people, without any work he will give promotion and hike everything to them, please don’t join this company if your manager in Hydrabad and your work location would be bangalore, you will be simple soft target.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Dislikes

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.
