The manager of customer support department is a Gem person. Wonderful personality and amazing nature. One of the agent in customer support department a girl will make your life hell. Her only motive is to harass you and put so much work pressure on you so that you commit an error and then you're fired.

HR and her lazy nature on every issue. Be it any grievance or salary.

There is a lot of issue. Career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. There is no job security. Company doesn't give compensation and retirement facility.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
