Variable pay is not on time, it gets delayed by 2 months in every quarter. Weekend allowance is not as per industry standard.

They put you in difficult situation so you will learn how to tackle this. Extreme level of stress. Fake commitment so you learn not to trust on anyone.

Worst management, wrong ppl on wrong post. Talent doesn't matter. Only favoritism. Politics matter. If you able to discuss web series with your business head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document. If you are allotted to any client, you will have to learn the work that needs to be done from scratch by yourself. This helps build your knowledge base, communication skills with stakeholders and management skills as well.

•You can only gain the above things, provided that you are not pulled out from that client and allotted to any other client without any prior notice or due to the mess created by upper level management. Project managers or Technical Managers that I have worked with have very poor client retention skills, due to which even if the Sales team on-boards a new client, these managers will go ahead any mess the relations with clients and out of no where you (A Business Analyst) will be allotted a new client putting all the work and efforts that you had put in, into the drains and will be forced to again start from scratch with a different client. I have been allotted to 4 different clients in 14 months •There will be no training initially, you will be given a standard format of BRDs and rest you will have to figure out yourself •Superior do not interfere in a tussle between you and the client, even if there's a need for their involvement •You will have to sign a bond/contract/agreement of 2.6 yrs.
