If you able to discuss web series with your business head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs.
