Dislikes

Variable pay is not on time, it gets delayed by 2 months in every quarter. Weekend allowance is not as per industry standard.

The company is quite good for freshers. As it is providing good training and challenging work. You will be easily overshadowed if you are not talkative. On-site opportunity is quite good if you are lucky.
